We are able to use custom built software to perform fire risk assessments for you and submit the reports digitally for you to effectively manage risk.
All documentation will be available for you to view on an online portal, to which you receive a login where all your properties can be accessed. For each property you are able to:
- view all risk assessments, past and present
- manage risks
- make comments
- mark risks as actioned
- track the performance of each of your properties
This allows for peace of mind knowing all your properties are there to view whenever you like, with a trail of progress made on all individual risks. If you have 1 property or 100 properties, this is the perfect solution.
The system can also be used to store documentary evidence of servicing, testing and procedures documents for each of our client’s properties.
