    BAFE SP205 certificated organisation, offering certificates of conformity with every assessment.

    The third-party accreditation for fire risk assessments means our clients can have further peace of mind knowing we have been independently verified to meet the requirements of the BAFE SP205 scheme. Every fire risk assessment is provided with a property-specific certificate of conformity to demonstrate the appropriate steps have been taken to provide a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment as required under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

    We also hold ConstructionLine Gold membership, demonstrating we offer the highest levels of policy and procedure as a company, with health, safety and the welfare of our staff a priority.

    Risk Management Software – We use custom-built software to perform our assessments and surveys, and give our clients access to an online risk management portal. This is the perfect solution for companies responsible for managing multiple premises in terms of fire safety.

    Digital Fire LogbooksWe have partnered with Tio to make managing fire safety even simpler, smarter and easier by upgrading to digital fire logbooks. We commonly find paper fire logbooks are incomplete and prone to being misplaced and damaged – especially during a fire.

    A Tio digital fire logbook will be an online version of your traditional paper-based fire logbook that also helps you manage fire safety. It does this by creating a helpful digital checklist of tasks that you need to do on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Each task comes with step-by-step guidance for your staff on how to complete them correctly and thoroughly.

    Cyber Essentials Certified – We have been assessed to confirm we meet an effective, Government backed minimum standard scheme that protects against the most common cyber attacks.
