A fire risk assessment is a legal requirement. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment to be completed by a competent person.

Once you’ve approved the quote. One of our nationwide assessors will come to your building and complete a fire risk assessment for you. This may take a few hours depending on the building size.
We meet the person responsible for fire safety and review your documentation, procedures and testing records. Our assessor will then assess the building to identify fire hazards and fire precautions.
We send your fire risk report via Block7. Here you can view and download the reports, mark risks as actioned, upload documentation, assign tasks to team members, create progress reports, view KPIs and more.
