Our process

Inspect

Our surveyors will inspect your compartmentation plan and gather the data for the report. We will make observations, recommendations, and take photographs of individual issues.

Record

We compile a conditions table and action plan with recommendations and photographs. The data will be recorded in a way that is easy to understand, before being submitted for quality assurance.

Manage

Once published, you can actively manage reports and action risks for your properties. You will be able to implement a clear program of works, and even send our report to a contractor for a remedial quotation.
