HMO landlord faces groundbreaking fines totalling over £180k

Leila Amjadi, aged 33, of Sutton Coldfield, was yesterday found guilty at Birmingham Magistrates Court of 35 House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) offences. Chingford fire: Resident dies in care home blaze

A resident has died in a fire which broke out at a home for people with learning disabilities.
